Welcome to stackhana, the home of short, stackable microcourses with clear outcomes and project tasks. These Terms of Service govern your use of the website at stackhana.com.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to three types of offerings: services, digital products, and physical goods.

2. Services

2.1 Enrollment and Access

Upon registration and full payment, you gain access to our microcourses. You may log in at any time and engage with course content.

2.2 Transfer and Scheduling

For scheduled services such as live workshops, you may request a change in date at least three days before the original session. Requests made later may not be accommodated.

3. Digital Products

Digital products include downloadable guides, templates, and recordings. Access is granted immediately after payment.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items such as printed materials or merchandise are shipped to the address you provide during checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

You may request a refund for services within seven days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 20% of the content. To initiate a refund, contact us. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or issued as account credit, at your option. As our microcourses are delivered digitally or via live delivery, once fully accessed or viewed, they cannot be reversed; hence, no refunds will be offered for completed content.

5.2 Digital Products

Requests for digital product refunds must be made within fourteen days of purchase and before full download or streaming. After content is fully accessed, no refunds are permitted.

5.3 Physical Goods

Please notify us within thirty days of delivery to return unused goods. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility. After we receive and inspect returned items, we will issue a replacement or refund via your original payment method or as account credit.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, designs, and content belong to stackhana and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
